Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra Sessions

Enjoy a one on one session and connect with the deepest parts of your consciousness. As you access these core areas, you allow deep relaxation and healing to naturally occur. Yoga Nidra helps slow down the brain waves to a state of alpha or theta state. In this relaxed state of consciousness, stuck emotions rise up and release allowing you to connect with a deeper state of consciousness.
