Philosophy & Meditation

Ancient Wisdom for the Inner Life

Explore the teachings of Yoga through contemplative study, sacred chanting, meditation, and meaningful conversation—offered in a way that is rooted in tradition and relevant to everyday life.

A LIVING STUDY

Philosophy Is Not Separate from Practice

The wisdom traditions of Yoga were never intended to remain only as ideas or intellectual study. They invite us to observe the mind, understand the patterns that shape our lives, and gradually cultivate greater clarity, steadiness, and freedom.

My approach brings together the study of classical teachings, Sanskrit chanting, reflection, meditation, and lived experience. Each offering creates space to engage with these teachings slowly—not simply to gather information, but to allow the wisdom to become part of how we see, practise, and live.

UPCOMING COURSE

A Four-Week Journey into the Yoga Sūtras

The Yoga Sūtras offer a precise and compassionate understanding of the mind, the causes of inner disturbance, and the path toward greater clarity.

Rather than rushing through all 196 sūtras, this guided series explores one chapter at a time. Each four-week journey combines chanting, philosophical study, discussion, and contemplative practice, allowing the teachings to be absorbed gradually and meaningfully.

The first series will begin with Samādhi Pāda—the opening chapter and foundation of Patañjali’s teachings.

DETAILS:

  • Four weekly live sessions
  • Guided Sanskrit chanting
  • Study and discussion of selected sūtras
  • Reflective practices between sessions
  • Session recordings and study support
